I was told this officially from the man himself during the forbidden planet comic book signing for the Umbrella Academy.

Basically after I had been through the signing I went back to the que to wait for my friend and whilst doing so I nearly get him by a van, consequently leaping back only to land into James. He was outside having a smoke as was I and seemed to remember me from the last couple of times I'd bumped into him and said hi.

Basically I spoke to him about Reggie and the Full Effect (which is now officially over) and then went onto him and touring with MCR.

He told me that they're already writting new stuff for the new album (stay I'm guessing could be considered as something to back this up ) and that he will be on the next album doing keyboard vocal/SFX etc. I then said "ahh but what about Reggie?" to which he replyed,
"well I don't think I'm guna have time for it when I'll be a full member of MCR when the new album is out."
